This course examines key modern leadership paradigms—including servant, transformational, and paradoxical models—along with timeless biblical examples of Joshua, Nehemiah, Jesus, and Paul. By addressing critical issues like power, vulnerability, ethics, and spiritual care, students will gain theological clarity to lead with integrity, wisdom, and resilience in an increasingly complex world.
